Nice building and good-sized rooms by the front desk. Had a microwave oven, a refrigerator, and tea and coffee making equipment. Marvellous location; supper friendly and courteous stuff. Based very close to the rural areas of Kansas and the business area of the town and Hugoton for school activities.

The rooms are well laid out and brand-new by the front desk and the staff are amiable. The hotel is on a nice and great location right by Hugoton in about 20 years as well as restaurants in town. Again, it's 2 miles from Hugoton Town Park.

The room is slightly noisy.

I did not want to leave there, so do recommend this hotel. Everything about this small venue was great. The location was particularly good for Hugoton, near the recommended Mexican restaurant and the rural areas. Also, there was Hugoton Town Park, set within 5 minutes drive. The room was beautifully decorated and new-fashioned by the front desk - enjoyed it.

Nothing to complain about, the venue met expectation, couldn't recommend more it. The room was reasonably spacious by the front desk, had essentials required. I enjoyed its comfortable style. The staff were courteous, superbly friendly.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel during our visit to this small town in rural Kansas. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, from the lobby to our spacious room. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the super nice TV in our room and the well-equipped workout room. The parking was convenient, and we appreciated the ease of transportation to the recommended Mexican restaurant, where we enjoyed delicious food. Additionally, the breakfast was excellent, with omelets made to order and a variety of tasty options. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, and we were greeted with politeness upon check-in.

The location is nice and great, 2 miles from Wagon Bed Springs. It is in a business area.

The hotel is conveniently located in the business area of the town, making it a great choice for both business travelers and tourists. It is also close to the recommended Mexican restaurant, perfect for those craving authentic cuisine.

The soundproofing between rooms is not adequate, which may cause some disturbances when it comes to noise.

The room was well-organised and good sized by the front deskwith an exceptionally comfortable bed. The hotel has favourable location just off Hugoton for school activities, and the rural areas. Also, Wagon Bed Springs was 2 miles away.

The rooms were big, well-organised by the front desk, ideal for us. Everywhere there was fairly clean. It was a great location really close to larger markets and restaurants in town. Furthermore, to the area for a funeral of a family member.

Facilities were well-kept, though Wi-Fi was bad.

Simply no reason to complain, really nice stay. It's fabulous small hotel with very very nice and exceptional staff. Lots of goodies for breakfast. Modern and brand-new rooms by the front desk, and excellent services. Great pool, particularly good location on restaurants in town.

The hotel was conveniently located in a business area of the town, making it easy to access. The rooms were clean, well-lit, and well-organized, with amenities such as a microwave, coffee maker. The free WiFi and Dish TV were a nice bonus for entertainment purposes.

The bed was slightly too hard for my preference, which affected the quality of my sleep. The room had an odd floor lamp that seemed to be missing an on switch, and despite looking for a wall switch, I couldn't find it.

The location was good, sure to explain everything thoroughly. Had well laid out and great-sized room by the front desk, which I truly enjoyed.
